Sokoto Road and race course road housing project

Description

Following the success of the Sokoto road PPP Housing project inherited by Ganduje administration, the, the KSIP entered into another agreement with a private developer to construct another 15 unit of 4 Bedroom duplexes on its piece of land at Race course road kano. The PPP project proves not only to be working but also a profitable venture for the KSIP, as another sum of about 180 Million Naira was realized from the partnership again.
